143 Annual report to include information about orders (1) The Chief Health Officer must include information about— (a) the number of orders made by the Chief Health Officer under each of section 113, 117 and 134; (b) the reasons for the making of those orders— during the financial year in the relevant annual report of operations under Part 7 of the **Financial Management Act 1994**. (2) The information included in the annual report under subsection (1) must not include any information that identifies, or is likely to lead to the identification of, any person.
