121 Application for review by Chief Health Officer (1) A person subject to a public health order may at any time while the order is in force apply to the Chief Health Officer for a review of the order. (2) An application for a review of a public health order must be in writing or in any other form approved by the Chief Health Officer. (3) Within the period of 7 days after receiving the application for review, the Chief Health Officer must review the public health order and may— (a) revoke the order; or (b) vary the order; or (c) confirm the order.
