115 Registered medical practitioner must provide results A registered medical practitioner who conducts an examination or test on a person in accordance with an examination and testing order must as soon as is reasonably practicable provide written results of the examination or test to— (a) the Chief Health Officer; and (b) the person on whom the examination or test was conducted.
