#### 60 Definitions 60 Definitions (cf 1991 Act, s 21) > In this Division— > > authorised medical practitioner means— > > > (a) the Chief Health Officer, or > > > (b) a registered medical practitioner authorised by the Secretary to exercise the functions of an authorised medical practitioner under this Division. > > public health detainee means a person subject to a public health order who is detained pursuant to a requirement of the order of a kind referred to in section 62(4) or (5).
