#### 14 Evidentiary provision 14 Evidentiary provision (cf 1991 Act, s 10K) > A certificate that is issued by the Minister, the Secretary or the Chief Health Officer and that states that, on a specified day, he or she gave a specified direction under this Division to a specified person is admissible in any legal proceedings as prima facie evidence of the fact or facts so stated.
