#### 107 Inspection of, and extracts from, births, deaths and marriages registers 107 Inspection of, and extracts from, births, deaths and marriages registers (cf 1991 Act, s 64) > > (1) A public health officer or an officer of the Department authorised by the Secretary may, at any reasonable time, request access to the Register kept under the [Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act 1995](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1995-062). > > > (2) The Registrar of Births, Deaths and Marriages is to make such arrangements as are necessary for the supply of information from the Register if required by a public health officer or any such officer of the Department. > > **pt 6, div 3 (ss 90–96):** Rep 2017 No 43, Sch 1 \[47\].
