90 Forfeiture
(a) anything seized under this part has not been dealt with in
accordance with section 88 (2); and
(b) an application for disallowance of the seizure under
section 89 (1)—
(i) has not been made within 10 days after seizure; or
(ii) has been made within that period, but the application has
been refused or has been withdrawn before a decision in
respect of the application had been made.
(2) Where this section applies to a thing—
(a) the thing is forfeited to the Territory; and
(b) the thing may be destroyed, sold or otherwise disposed of in
accordance with the Minister’s general or specific direction.
