72 Abatement notice—revocation
(1) An authorised officer must revoke an abatement notice if satisfied,
after carrying out an appropriate inspection—
(a) that the notice has been complied with; and
(b) that adequate measures have been taken to prevent the
recurrence of the relevant insanitary condition.
