68 Complaints about insanitary conditions
(1) A person may give a written complaint to an authorised officer
alleging the existence of an insanitary condition.
(2) An authorised officer must investigate a complaint given under
(3) If, upon investigation, an authorised officer decides not to issue an
abatement notice in relation to the alleged insanitary condition, the
officer must give a written notice of that decision to the complainant,
informing the complainant in addition about any available methods
for settling the matter privately.
