66G Approval—renewal
(1) An approved person may, at any time before the end of the term of
the approval, apply to the chief health officer for a renewal of the
approval.
(2) An application for the renewal of an approval must be in writing
signed by the approval holder.
(3) On application for the renewal of an approval, the chief health officer
must renew the approval for a further 12 months, beginning on the
day immediately following the day when, apart from its renewal, the
approval would have ended.

(4) A renewal of an approval of a health worker under this section may
be made subject to the condition that the health worker attend a
further course of instruction.
