66E Approval—cancellation
(1) If the chief health officer believes on reasonable grounds that an
approved person—
(a) without reasonable excuse, has not attended a course of
instruction, if that attendance is a condition to which the
person’s approval is subject; or
(b) has been convicted of an offence against section 66H and section
66I; or
(c) is no longer a fit and proper person to hold an approval; or
the chief health officer may cancel that person’s approval.
(2) The cancellation of an approval takes effect on the date the notice of
cancellation is given under section 131.
