65 Prohibition notice—revocation
(1) An authorised officer must revoke a prohibition notice if satisfied,
after carrying out an appropriate inspection—
(a) that the notice has been complied with; and
(b) that adequate measures have been taken to prevent or remove
the serious risk to public health that gave rise to the issue of the
notice.
