56L Registration—change of information
(1) A registered person (other than a person registered to carry on a
location-specific registrable public health risk activity) must give the
Minister written notice of a change to the registered location of the
registered activity (including any additional location) within 14 days
after the change.
(2) The registered location of a location-specific registrable public health
risk activity may not be changed by notice under this section.
(3) A registered person must give the Minister written notice of a change
to the name or address of the owner or manager of the registered
premises, or of the owner or manager of equipment associated with
the carrying on of the registered activity, within 14 days after the
registered person is first given notice of the change or otherwise
becomes aware of it.
(4) If the Minister receives written notice of a change of information in a
registration certificate, the Minister must vary the registration
certificate accordingly.
(5) The variation takes effect on the later of the following days:
(a) the day when the change happens;
(b) the day when the Minister was given written notice of the
change.
