56K Registration—renewal
(1) A registered person may, before the end of the current period of
registration, apply to the Minister for renewal of the registration.
(2) The application must be in writing signed by the registered person.
(3) If the registered person complies with this section, the Minister must
renew the registration for a period of the same length as the current
period of registration.
(4) If the registration is suspended, it may be renewed, but the renewal
does not result in the suspension being lifted.
