56A Licensable public health risk procedures—false representation (1) A person who is not the holder of a procedure licence must not represent that the person holds a procedure licence. (2) The holder of a procedure licence that is suspended must not represent that the licence is held without disclosing that the licence is (3) A person who is not accredited under a procedure accreditation scheme must not falsely represent that the person is accredited.
