42B Licensable public health risk activities—inspection
A person who carries on a licensable public health risk activity must
ensure that—
(a) if the person holds an activity licence—the licence is available
for inspection by an authorised officer, at any reasonable time,
at the premises where the activity is carried on; and
(b) all records reasonably relevant to the activity (including records
of licensing, conduct, accreditation and approval of activity
premises alterations and procedure appliance alterations) are
available for inspection by an authorised officer, at any
reasonable time, at the premises where the activity is carried on.
