42A Licensable public health risk activities—false representation (1) A person who is not the holder of an activity licence must not represent that the person holds an activity licence. (2) The holder of an activity licence that is suspended must not represent that the licence is held without disclosing that the licence is (3) A person who is not accredited under an activity accreditation scheme must not falsely represent that the person is accredited.
