41 Activity licence—automatic suspension
(1) An activity licence is suspended by virtue of this subsection where an
authorised officer gives the licensee a prohibition notice that contains
a prohibition under section 61 (4) (a) in relation to the licensed
activity.
(2) A suspension under this section—
(a) takes effect—
(i) at the expiry of the period, or the latest-expiring period,
specified in the prohibition notice under section 61 (5) (f);
or
(ii) if no such period is specified—when the notice is given;
and
(b) ceases when the prohibition notice is revoked.
