36 Activity licence—application for transfer (1) The holder of an activity licence (except a licence that is under suspension) and a person to whom it is proposed to transfer the licence may jointly apply for the transfer of the licence. (2) An application must be— (a) signed by each joint applicant; and (b) accompanied by the licence. (3) The Minister may, by written notice, require the proposed transferee to provide specified further information in writing about the application.
