35 Activity licence—return for endorsement of variation
(1) The holder of an activity licence that has been varied must not,
without reasonable excuse, fail to return the licence to the Minister
within 7 days after the date of effect of the variation.
(2) As soon as practicable after the return of a licence under
subsection (1), the Minister must endorse the variation on the licence
and return it to the licensee.
