20 Compliance with codes of practice (1) A person carrying on a public health risk activity must not, without reasonable excuse, fail to comply with a code of practice in relation to that activity. (2) A person performing a public health risk procedure must not, without reasonable excuse, fail to comply with a code of practice in relation to that procedure.
