15B Non-public servant analysts—appointment subject to conditions (1) The appointment of a person who is not a public servant as an analyst may be— (a) made subject to conditions; or (b) amended by the director-general to impose a condition to which the appointment is to be subject or to amend or revoke a condition to which the appointment is already subject. (2) A condition may be imposed, amended or revoked by the director-general— (a) on the director-general’s own initiative or on the application of the person; and (b) for a stated period or indefinitely.
