117 Public health directions—revocation (1) An authorised officer must revoke a public health direction if satisfied, after carrying out an appropriate inspection— (a) that the direction has been complied with; and (b) that adequate measures have been taken to prevent or alleviate the relevant public health hazard. direction was issued, or on the motion of the authorised officer; and (b) must be in writing given to the person to whom the direction was (b) be addressed to the authorised officer who issued the direction; and (c) specify the action taken to comply with the direction by the person to whom it was issued, and any further measures taken to prevent or alleviate the relevant public health hazard; and
