117 Public health directions—revocation
(1) An authorised officer must revoke a public health direction if
satisfied, after carrying out an appropriate inspection—
(a) that the direction has been complied with; and
(b) that adequate measures have been taken to prevent or alleviate
the relevant public health hazard.
