110 Disclosure of information—person with notifiable
condition
(1) A person must not, without good reason, disclose information notified
under this division in such a manner that the person to whom the
notification relates who has, or who may have, the relevant notifiable
condition is reasonably able to be identified, unless—
(a) the disclosure is for the purposes of this Act or another law of
the Territory, the Commonwealth, a State or another Territory,
or is authorised under a code of practice; or
(b) the person to whom the notification relates consents in writing
to such disclosure.
(2) Upon a person’s written request, the chief health officer must disclose
to the person any information notified under this division that relates
to that person alone.
