11 Delegation by chief health officer
The chief health officer may delegate a function under any of the
following Acts to a person:
(b) the Drugs of Dependence Act 1989;
(c) the Food Act 2001;
(d) the Medicines, Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act 2008;
(e) the Radiation Protection Act 2006.
