109 Use of notified information (1) Information acquired by the Territory as a result of notification under this division may be used for the following purposes: (a) the prevention and control of notifiable conditions in the Territory and elsewhere; (b) the prevention and control of risks to public health generally in the Territory and elsewhere; (c) research related to public health in the Territory and elsewhere. (2) Information must only be used under subsection (1) in accordance with the principles set out in section 99 and the objectives set out in section 4.
