10 Biennial reporting by chief health officer
(1) The chief health officer must prepare a written report every 2 years
about public health indicators in the Territory in respect of the
following matters:
(a) trends and indicators in health status;
(b) potential public health risks;
(c) morbidity and mortality;
(d) notifiable conditions;
(e) health promotion activities;
(f) harm minimisation activities;
(g) access and equity indicators relevant to health;
(h) social indicators relevant to health;
(i) health services performance against minimum standards of care;
(j) intersectoral activities relevant to health;
(k) any other matter considered appropriate by the chief health
(2) A report must be given to the Minister within 3 months after it is
prepared.
(3) The Minister must present a report to the Legislative Assembly within
6 sitting days after the day the Minister receives it.
