8 Establishment of Old Parliament House
(1) Old Parliament House (OPH) is established by this section. (2) OPH may also be known by a name specified in a written instrument made by the Minister. (3) OPH: (a) is a body corporate; and (b) must have a seal; and (c) may sue and be sued. (4) OPH’s seal is to be kept in such custody as the Board directs and must not be used except as authorised by the Board.
