59 Director of Old Parliament House
The Director of Old Parliament House immediately before the transfer day is taken to have been appointed as the Director of OPH under section 39 for the period: (a) beginning on 1 July 2016; and (b) ending on the earlier of: (i) the day that a person is appointed as the Director under section 39 in accordance with an appointment process carried out after the transfer day; or (ii) 1 April 2018.
