53 Transfer of custody of records or documents of Old Parliament House
(1) This section applies to a record or document that, immediately before the transfer day, was in the custody of Old Parliament House. (2) If the record or document relates to an asset or liability that, because of section 52, becomes an asset or liability of OPH, then the record or document is to be transferred into the custody of OPH on or after the transfer day.
