Full‑time Director (1) If the Director is appointed on a full‑time basis, the Director must not engage in paid employment outside the duties of the Director’s office without the Board Chair’s approval. (2) The Board Chair must notify the Minister of any approval given under subsection (1). Part‑time Director (3) If the Director is appointed on a part‑time basis, the Director must not engage in any paid employment that, in the Board Chair’s opinion, conflicts or may conflict with the proper performance of his or her duties.
