25 Restrictions on outside employment
Board Chair (1) The Board Chair must not engage in any paid employment that, in the Minister’s opinion, conflicts or may conflict with the proper performance of his or her duties. Other Board members (2) A Board member (other than the Board Chair and the Director) must not engage in any paid employment that, in the Board Chair’s opinion, conflicts or may conflict with the proper performance of his or her duties.
