#### 94F Proceedings in the name of the Authority (1) Proceedings brought by the Commonwealth in relation to the functions or powers of the Authority may be brought in the name of the Authority. (2) Proceedings brought against the Commonwealth in relation to the functions or powers of the Authority may be brought against the Commonwealth in the name of the Authority. Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Act 1975 14 Subsection 8(1) Repeal the subsection, substitute: (1) The Authority may do all things that are necessary or convenient to be done for or in connection with the performance of its functions. > Note: The Chairperson may enter into contracts and other arrangements on behalf of the Commonwealth.
