#### 92 Annual reports The annual report prepared by the CEO and given to the Minister under section 46 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 for a period must include the following: (a) information about the Commission’s operations under the Export Market Development Grants Act 1997 during the period; (b) particulars of all directions given by the Minister to the CEO under subsection 10(1) during the period, other than any direction that includes a statement to the effect that the direction is not to be disclosed: (i) for reasons of national security; or (ii) because its disclosure would have an adverse effect on the financial interests or property interests of the Commonwealth or of an instrumentality of the Commonwealth. Australian War Memorial Act 1980 473 Section 3 (definition of Finance Minister) Omit “Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997”, substitute “Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013”. 474 Subsection 4(2) (note) Repeal the note, substitute: > Note: The Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 applies to the Memorial.
