#### 50E Corporate plans Subsection 35(3) of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (which deals with the Australian Government’s key priorities and objectives) does not apply to a corporate plan prepared by the Council. Australian Law Reform Commission Act 1996 293 Sections 39 and 40 Repeal the sections. 294 Subsection 45(2) Omit “Special Account for the purposes of the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997”, substitute “special account for the purposes of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013”. 295 Subsection 45(3) (note) Omit “Special Account if any of the purposes of the Account”, substitute “special account if any of the purposes of the special account”. 296 Subsection 45(4) (note) Repeal the note, substitute: > Note: See section 80 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (which deals with special accounts).
