#### 50B Delegation by the Institute (1) The Institute may, in writing under its seal, delegate all or any of its powers or functions under this Act to: (a) a Council member; or (b) the Chief Executive Officer. (2) In exercising any powers or performing any functions under the delegation, the delegate must comply with any directions of the Institute.
