#### 48 Extra matter to be included in annual report Each annual report prepared by the Council and given to the Minister under section 46 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 for a period must include: (a) particulars of each direction given by the Minister to the Council under section 14 of this Act during the period; and (b) any operational plan, or revision of an operational plan, that came into force during the period. 330 Subsection 50(1) Omit “maintained under subsection 18(2) of the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997”.
