#### 46F Disclosure of interests (1) A disclosure by an examiner under section 29 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (which deals with the duty to disclose interests) must be made to the CEO. (2) Subsection (1) applies in addition to any rules made for the purposes of that section. (3) For the purposes of this Act and the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013, the examiner is taken not to have complied with section 29 of that Act if the examiner does not comply with subsection (1) of this section. 218 Paragraph 46H(2)(c) Repeal the paragraph, substitute: (c) the examiner fails, without reasonable excuse, to comply with section 29 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (which deals with the duty to disclose interests) or rules made for the purposes of that section; or 219 Section 61 (heading) Repeal the heading, substitute:
