#### 38 Annual report The annual report prepared by the Council and given to the Minister under section 46 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 for a period must: (a) set out all directions given by the Minister to the Museum or the Council during the period; and (b) include particulars of any disposals of historical material under section 9 or 9A during the period.
