32 Disclosure of interests by CEO attending etc. Advisory Group meetings

If: (a) the CEO attends and participates in, or proposes to attend or participate in, a meeting of the Advisory Group; and (b) rules made for the purposes of section 29 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 apply in relation to the participation of Advisory Group members in the meeting; the CEO must, in relation to the CEO’s participation in the meeting, comply with those rules as if the CEO were an Advisory Group member.
