#### 2A Simplified outline of this Act This Act confers on the Commonwealth, in certain circumstances, the powers: (a) to make arrangements under which relevant money and other CRF money can be spent, or to make grants of financial assistance; and (b) to form, or otherwise be involved in, companies.
