#### 161 Varying corporate plans 217 Subsection 161(1) Repeal the subsection (not including the heading), substitute: (1) The Commissioners may, with the Minister’s approval, vary a corporate plan prepared under section 35 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013. 218 Subsection 161(2) Omit “TEQSA”, substitute “the Commissioners”. 219 Subsection 161(3) Repeal the subsection, substitute: (3) The Minister may, at any time, request the Commissioners to vary the corporate plan. The Commissioners must comply with the request. 220 Subsection 161(5) Repeal the subsection (not including the heading), substitute: (5) Despite subsection (1), the Commissioners may vary the corporate plan without the approval of the Minister if the variation is of a minor nature. That Act deals with matters relating to corporate Commonwealth entities, including reporting and the use and management of public resources. 233 Paragraph 20(3)(b) Omit “; or”, substitute “.”. 234 Paragraph 20(3)(c) Repeal the paragraph. 235 At the end of subsection 20(3) Add: > Note: The appointment of an appointed member may also be terminated under section 30 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (which deals with terminating the appointment of an accountable authority, or a member of an accountable authority, for contravening general duties of officials). 236 Paragraph 24(2)(a) Omit “section 27J of the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997”, substitute “rules made for the purposes of section 29 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013”. 237 Subsection 25(2) (note) Repeal the note. 238 Subsections 33(1) to (3) Repeal the subsections, substitute: (1) The Board must prepare a corporate plan under section 35 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 by 1 May each reporting period (within the meaning of that Act) or by such later day as the Minister in a particular reporting period allows. 239 Section 34 Repeal the section, substitute:
