#### 161 Varying corporate plans
217 Subsection 161(1)
Repeal the subsection (not including the heading), substitute:
(1) The Commissioners may, with the Minister’s approval, vary a corporate plan prepared under section 35 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.
