#### 160 Approving corporate plans (1) The Commissioners must give a copy of a corporate plan prepared under section 35 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 to the Minister for approval before: (a) 31 January in the reporting period before the first reporting period to which the plan relates; or (b) such later day as the Minister allows. (2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a corporate plan if the Minister decides the plan does not need approval. (3) A corporate plan comes into force on: (a) if the plan needs Ministerial approval—the later of: (i) the day it is approved by the Minister; and (ii) the first day of the period to which it relates; or (b) otherwise—the first day of the period to which it relates. 216 Section 161 (heading) Repeal the heading, substitute:
