13AEDisclosure of interests

#### 13AE Disclosure of interests (1) A disclosure by a Commissioner under section 29 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (which deals with the duty to disclose interests) must be made to the Minister. (2) Subsection (1) applies in addition to any rules made for the purposes of that section. (3) For the purposes of this Act and the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013, a Commissioner is taken not to have complied with section 29 of that Act if the Commissioner does not comply with subsection (1) of this section. 251 Paragraph 13AG(1)(c) Repeal the paragraph, substitute: (c) if the Commissioner fails, without reasonable excuse, to comply with section 29 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (which deals with the duty to disclose interests) or rules made for the purposes of that section. 252 Section 14AA Repeal the section. 253 Section 63A Repeal the section, substitute:
