82 Sharing information with other jurisdictions

The rules may do the following: (a) prescribe a Commonwealth entity; (b) prescribe a Minister of a State or Territory as a State/Territory Minister for the entity; (c) prescribe kinds of reports, documents and information that relate to the entity’s activities; (d) prescribe the circumstances in which the State/Territory Minister may request those reports, documents and information from the accountable authority of the entity; (e) require the accountable authority to give the State/Territory Minister any reports, documents and information requested in accordance with the rules, within the time limits prescribed by the rules.
