77Repayments by the Commonwealth

#### 77 Repayments by the Commonwealth If: (a) an amount is received by the Commonwealth; and (b) some or all of the amount is required or permitted to be repaid; and (c) the Finance Minister is satisfied that, apart from this section, there is no appropriation for the repayment; then the CRF is appropriated for the repayment. > Note: For example, this section would apply: (a) to a law that requires an application fee to be refunded to an unsuccessful applicant; or (b) to a contractual obligation to repay a loan; or (c) as a result of section 76, to payments that are required or permitted between non‑corporate Commonwealth entities.
