#### 105C Instruments relating to grants (1) The Finance Minister may, by written instrument, make provision about grants by the Commonwealth. (2) An instrument under subsection (1) is a legislative instrument, but section 42 (disallowance) of the Legislation Act 2003 does not apply to it.
