#### 105 Rules in relation to other CRF money (1) The rules may prescribe matters in relation to other CRF money. (2) Other CRF money is money that forms part of the CRF other than: (a) relevant money; or (b) any other money of a kind prescribed by the rules. (3) The CRF is appropriated for the purposes of the expenditure of other CRF money by a person other than the Commonwealth if: (a) the expenditure is in accordance with any requirements prescribed by the rules; and (b) the Finance Minister is satisfied that the expenditure is not authorised by another appropriation.
