854 Subsection 14A(1B) (paragraphs (a) and (b) of the definition of previous relevant employment) (a) if the person, after being dismissed or retired from employment, was re‑appointed or re‑employed (or deemed to have been re‑appointed or re‑employed) in circumstances similar to the circumstances referred to in subparagraph (1)(d)(i)—the office held by the person, or the employment in which the person was employed, immediately before his or her dismissal or retirement; or (b) if the person is re‑appointed or re‑employed (or deemed to be re‑appointed or re‑employed) by a previous employer in circumstances similar to the circumstances referred to in subparagraph (1)(d)(ii)—the office last held by the person, or the employment in which the person was last employed by that employer, before his or her re‑appointment or re‑employment.
