#### 12 Recovery of costs from community legal centres 12 Recovery of costs from community legal centres > The Senior Public Defender may, after consultation with the Legal Aid Commission, enter into arrangements with community legal centres for the recovery of costs associated with the provision by Public Defenders of legal assistance to persons who are referred to Public Defenders by community legal centres.
